Backorders
Whilst www.mummypotato.ie & www.mummypotato.com carries a large stock of our products there will be occasions when the item you order will be temporarily out of stock. We will immediately notify you, by e-mail, if this occurs and you will have two choices:

• If you wish to proceed with the order we will place a special order for the product with our suppliers and ship it immediately upon receipt
• If you wish to receive a refund we will immediately process this and issue a refund through your credit card.

Returns
www.mummypotato.ie & www.mummypotato.com do not accept returns for used products unless it is defective. Once products or clothing has been used or worn it is no longer considered new. You may return new products or clothing within 28 days of purchase, by contacting   www.mummypotato.ie or www.mummypotato.com and arranging the return. We will refund the full transaction amount excluding shipping.

Warranty
Www.mummypotato.ie and www.mummypotato.com products and clothing purchased from us are covered by the manufacturers original guarantee. Products which proves to be defective within 28 days of purchase will be picked up from you free of charge and a replacemnet shipped to you free of charge, provided the manufacturer’s representative agrees that the product is defective.

After 28 days has expired you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred in returning the product to www.mummypotato.ie. Again, once it has been determined that the product is defective the product will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

www.mummypotato.ie/.com will then ship the replaced/repaired product to you free of charge.
